Emmett was asked to take on the role of pipe major after the 2018 season following several years experience as a grade 1 pipe major in New Zealand, and prior to that a number of years in FMM. Emmett’s stable leadership has built a great young team at Shotts and the future looks bright.

David Henderson returns to Shotts in 2025, where he has won every major drumming championship possible including 15 RSPBA major drumming titles, 2 World Championships and 3 Champions of Champions titles.
